All our studies are tailor designed to meet each clients unique business and marketing needs so that no two studies are ever the same.
However, our projects typically have the following common themes;
- Our focus is primary, ad hoc and hence we do not offer syndicated or purely secondary research.
- We have expertise in both qual and quant research, including standard methods such as individual depth interviews, focus groups and online questionnaires, as well as more advanced approaches such as ethnography and conjoint approaches.
- We conduct research among a wide range of health care professionals including specialists, general practitioners, key opinion leaders, nurses, pharmacists, and we also conduct research among patients and their caregivers.

We are specialised in international research and do not tend to conduct UK domestic or single country studies. Our projects typically involve between 3 and 7 markets although some larger studies may involve up to 10 or 12.
